Iniya (Shruti Sawant / Ineya) is an Indian model and film actress who works in Malayalam and Tamil films. Her real name is Shruti Sawant. She was born on 22 January 1991 in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Her father’s name is S Salahuddin and her mother’s name is Savithri Kamalamma. She has an elder sister named Swathi, who is also a serial actress, and a younger brother named Sravan. She started her career as a child artist in Malayalam television serials like Koottilekku, Orma, and Sree Guruvayoorappan. She made her film debut with the Malayalam movie Saira in 2005.
